Ingredients:
• 400 g fine semolina
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 50 g sugar
• 100 g butter softened
• 3/4 cup water
Preparation:
• Combine cornmeal, salt and sugar then add butter.
• Mix well, mix and add a little water until the dough is a little soft.
• Shape patties 1 inch thick and cook over low heat on stove dry 5-10 minutes per side.
• Serve hot.
